Client needed full support concepts for a full employee shareholder conference with featured motivalational speakers and full presentation purposes of rallying updates, with showcases.
Logistics involved included technical setup to host 1500 person venue and professional presentation with direction and timing. Event was successful and underbudget with follow up event contracts in places to support the Commnications departments in full.
